Hey all iReaper9000 here, i'll try to keep this brief. I am creating a new higher elo competitive team that i hope we can take to tournaments in a the near future. I've been playing the game on and off for about 3 years nows. Last year (on my other account) I made a very successful 5v5 team before i ultamately quit league for about 9-10 months. We were a plat+ team with an outstanding 80% win record (we even did well in a few tournies). So, as I came back to the game, reinvigorated, I decided to start fresh on a smurf and power my way up to the top again. Similiarly I want to recreate my awesome team. So, as of now, Club QQ Gaming is recruiting! I'm looking for talented (skilled) individuals who are plat+ (few exceptions can be made for smurfs/amazing gold players). Tentative schedule: Personally i'm from the east coast so I am free any time from about 5pm EST to 1-2AM. Any time inbetween works for me. Optimal schedule: 1 day of personal (soloQ or don't play/whatever), 2 days of practice (via scrims, norm 5s, and dynamic ranked), 3-4 days of ranked 5v5s. And of course practice games.

Other stuffz: Personally i know my own faults and one of them is I am not the best manager in the world. Saying that I hope to eventually bring on a manager/coach as well. Unfortunately this is NOT a paid position as it is a new non-challenger team. However any diamond+ coach with previous experience willing to help out is appreciated.

final notes: I hope to make this team a fun experience for everyone involved. Saying that, toxicity, racism, etc will absolutely not be tolerated under any circumstance and you will be kicked immediately. I expect my teammates to win and lose equally gracefully. Trash talking is fine but a line must be drawn. I hope to see you all soon on the rift. I will be holding tryouts tonight and over the next few days until the team is adequately filled.

Preferred Comm [Skype/TS/Curse/Discord/etc]: I have a mic and can use any comms needed but I prefer not to use Curse.
Strengths: I am an aggressive support which is both a strength and a weakness at times. I can shotcall but would need practice with it. I ward heavily and am a strong teamfighter. I am vocal and positive. I am not toxic and don't enjoy toxic players.
Weaknesses: I can be overly aggressive and lose trades.
Play Style: Aggressive
What can you offer this team? I am a positive person looking to improve with a group of players. I want to have fun laugh and joke before the game and once the game has started be serious and work hard. I watch LCS every week and am aware of meta changes/shifts. I believe in the strength of meta as well as the once in a while strength of pocket picks and comfort champs to strengthen a team. I am a vocal person and enjoy being friendly with the people on my team. It is important to make a connection outside of just playing a role on a team. I am looking forward to joining a team that will be dedicated, look to play in tournaments and leagues and succeed/grow as a group.
