LF ADC for Daily Bot Games - Lvling Smurf

So I'm trying to get 1st win on my smurf each day, could use a good ADC for faster games. I was D5 last season, so we should be getting 30-40 kills a game and ending at or before 20 min.

Elo doesn't matter long as you're good at killing stuff :^)
