Need N/A Team

I'm a silver 2 (Solo Que) Mid/Top lane player and i'm open to meeting a new serious team and being a part of that team. I'm a pretty serious/mature 16 year old player, but i'm also funny when out of team games. My better champions right now are Swain (Mid/Top), Nidalee (Mid/Top), Darius(Top), and Orianna (Mid).

My potential When needed, I have fast reactions and great predictions. I work well with others as long as the others are not complaining constantly or telling me what i'm doing wrong and what they are doing right. Focus: I'm great at focusing down specific objectives and champions. What I need working on Over extending: i'm quite bad with extending in lain phase. Warding: I ward great late game then I do bad because I don't know where to ward in the correct situation. Chasing: I sometimes like to chase, don't be afraid to tell me if i'm over chasing. Roaming: I'm an effective roamer sometimes, but I need more exp.

If I have anymore details about my self and/or my roles i'll post it here.
