Plat 3 Top Laner LF Competitive Ranked 5's Team! (Was D4 Last Season)

Hey guys, I have been playing LoL on and off since season 2 and I am looking to get back into the 5s scene.

I have played in many tournaments including NGG seasons. I got back into league about 3 weeks ago and am comfortable enough to play 5s again.
