Looking for some coaching

Hi,

I am an older gamer and a dad of 2. I'm looking for some one or multiple people to assist and coach me in the game. I am taking on a challenge of creating a League website that will be dedicated to the recognition of all gamers, not just the pros. I am also wanting to start a Youtube channel and stream on my personal growth and showing that you can teach an old dog new tricks! I am currently Bronze 5 and I main support. I am starting to understand match ups, item builds, positioning etc. I have been watching a lot of tutorials etc but when it gets to ranked, I am having a struggle finding a win. I am wondering if I should change up my roles or what but a coach or a person to play with could help me along the way. My goal is simply to get to gold.
