Looking for gold+ player to help with training

I have a friend whos trying to get onto an esports team, his mechanics are acceptable, but could always improve. Im going to be his coach, but my gameplay isnt good enough to constantly challenge him and force him to get better. This is mostly going to be 1v1. Top lane and jungle mains preferred
