LF DUO PLAT IV+ to climb to diamond.. I am Jung main

I am a Master Yi Jungle main. I usually perform good when I afk farm till Botrk, however, ganking is also not bad, if u can time their summoners (flashes), and if they are pushed all the time... I want a duo to get out of Plat... Was plat II but kept dropping...
