Looking for a dedicated ranked team [ADC/Mid Player]

Hey, currently trying to find a team to play with that are looking towards playing in tournaments. Started playing league around season one. I'm a pretty recently returning player for this season. The previous season I stopped at gold. I'm a graphic/web designer and wouldn't mind putting some of those skills towards the team if they end up dedicated enough.
