Looking for long term duo partner (gold+ pref)

My goal is to get high diamond this season with a duo partner as motivated as I am in ranked. I'm planning to grind as much as I can this winter break (2weeks), and I want to increase my win rate with a duo I can trust. I finished season with gold 5 and climbed to gold 2 in preseason with a 60%+ win rate playing primarily mid/top/jg. I would highly prefer you to 1)main a lane like me, 2) have an above average win rate 3)Rank does not really matter as long as your win rate is amazing, otherwise no silvers please.
