TMG Fish is recruiting all roles(Gold only)
Hello everyone, this is Cone here from True Minded Gaming and I am creating a full gold team for the amateur
series that TMG is hosting. We are looking for players who are gold 4 or 5, but were either high gold or
platinum last season. The league has a requirement for no diamond players and a team average of Platinum 3 or less, so
we are allowing all ranks of Gold but would prefer those who are ranked 1/2 and were a higher rank last season. I
am going to be the manager of the team, and I will not be playing, so I am searching for all 5 positions as well as a
coaching staff consisting of at least 2 members. The coaching staff will be recruited after we have a full team, but
if you are interested in joining this team as a Coach, Assistant Coach, or analyst, you can add me in game @Cone. If
you are a player, you are still required to fill out the application below.
The requirements to join this team are as followed:
- Above the age of 13.
- Have a working mic, and a computer that is able to handle Discord.
- Main one of the in-game positions and not be a "fill".
- Be either Gold this season and high gold or platinum last season, or high gold this season.
- Be willing to practice several times a week, and have a good work ethic and drive to improve.
- Be willing to play each week in an amateur style lcs league, and have a working paypal if you are interested in
receiving paypal(you don't need to put any money in, just receive money if we place in the top 3)

Do you have previous 5v5 experience, if so explain: I don't have much 5v5 experience being that when i get lucky enough to find a team they all basically quit the day after we make the team, never found a team that stuck around. i play better with communication though so 5v5 is my environment
Strengths as a player: play maker, roamer, farmer, don't play aggressive unless i know i can, lane freezing, map awareness, no pointless deaths.
Strengths as a teammate: ill listen to what you got to say to learn, i take responsibility when i know i made a mistake. You make a schedule and ill be there!
How would you rate yourself 1-10 on work ethic(attention span, how serious you are when you need to be etc): lets put it this way. I try at about a 75% most solo que games, with a team i can constantly play at 100 because its much more fun. 10
How would your rate yourself 1-10 on dedication(trying to improve,etc.): always trying to improve i pay attention to my mistakes as so to not repeat them 10
