Creating Semi Serious Gold V+ team. East Coast NA.

I'm looking to make a team that enjoys playing the game but can do it while being competitive. I'm currently gold V in soloq and it is one of the worst experiences with a troll every game which I'm sure many of you can relate. So I am creating a ranked 5's team to eliminate that issue. I rarely lose lane even while being camped and I'm looking for teammates that can do the same.
