Looking for Duo or to Join a Team

I am wanting to get to gold and I have been trying just having a hard time yo-yoing with games. I feel like there is no inbetween. Like I just went 21/5/9 and lost because my team couldn't follow up on anything or would just get caught and feed. I can hold my own in games.

I normally play mid, it is my strongest, but I can also support, top and adc. I am currently S4 (just dropped with after losing 1 game at 0 LP). I would prefer someone higher than me, even gold if possible. I will take advice in game on what I can improve in.
