Silver/Gold Competitive Ranked Team for s6

Hello everyone. This season, I'm hoping to get into competitive full-team play as opposed to climbing through SoloQue, in order to get a true teamwork dynamic. Our goal will be to work together to climb and improve as players. Personally, I can play most lanes but I pref jg and support, so the current roles are as follows:

Top: Open Jungle: Me or I can support Mid: Open Sup: Open ADC: Open

We will have practice games and scrimmages on a regular schedule, depending on what all of our players' schedules can manage. Our communication tool can be decided by team members
