2 Looking For Ranked Team

We are Husband and wife, looking for a ranked team that plays Eastern Times USA. 35 years old. My Wife Plays Top,ADC,SUPP. She Prefs Supp I can fill as I enjoy all the lanes and do pretty well with a good group. My issue we have is we are fairly new to this game but not to games in general. This Ranked system for dup is completely unorganized and not done fairly. We usually do the best in the team but because others through a match, feed there lanes, or just AFK we progress but get kicked back.
We want a strong team that plays Nights after 6PM most days of the week.
We are open for multiple teams as long as everyone can play, and not think they can. I own a mumble Server and we both have headsets if you have your own VC service.
