Looking for some laid back, 420 friendly teammates

So I'm looking for some teammates for one or two laid-back but competitive 5v5 teams. Preferably west coast based, 420 friendly but not required. If you're sick of all the raging trolls in solo queue, then this might be exactly what you're looking for. I'm looking to create a very respectful and positive environment for players to grow and have fun. Positive feedback and advice are always welcome, but it's important that we always have respect for each other no matter the circumstances. Frustration is normal, but anger and blaming are not healthy ways to express your frustration. If you think you might be a good fit, add me in game and we can talk. I am going to be pretty lenient on skill levels, as long as you are silver+ and willing to work at getting better.
