Looking for team! 5 Year league veteran

Summary below my info, just in case you dont want to read all this!

Hello, thanks for taking time to check out my forum post! Yes as the title implies, I have been playing league of legends for almost 5 years now! (later this year in october) Anyways let me tell you about myself that way you can recruit me ;) I have played ever role consistently in both solo ranked and teams ranked. If I had to order them however it would go like this, ADC>TOP>JUNGLE>SUPPORT>MID, I mostly play and practice the meta but I have pocket picks. I peaked last season in soloq around diamond 2 early season 4 but dropped down to plat because of elo decay and family/school ending the season in plat 1. In teams I only peaked around gold 3 because teams dont seem to last to long :( I follow esports pretty closely mostly NALCS and LCK. Anyways I have skype, raidcall, crs voice, etc. and I can play just about everyday after 6:30 pm PST during the week. (that is when I get home from swim practice) and am willing to be flexible on the weekends! If there is anything I left out just let me know, and sorry for my bad formatting!
