Coaching duo LFT (plat+ pref)

Hello,

My name is Zach "mairuXD" Miles and my assistant coach/coaching partner David "WaterDonkey" Mahler are looking to coach a team and build a support staff. My history as a coach is extensive, as I started back in season 4 on a low end team known as The Rekkoning. I worked my way all the way up to Maryville University (famously went 40/0 in the split I worked with them) and I eventually made it to the quarterfinals of the NACS open back in late 2015 when it was still new. I have coached all the way to challenger level teams. I have a heavy macro style (as I am low ranking, I cannot teach someone mechanics) and I specialize in pick ban, and have been one of the best whenever I am in a tourney or season. David is newer to coaching but in the short time he has worked with me he has proven himself over and over again. We will have a set curriculum in place and the team should experience growth in about 3 months for a visible improvement.
