plat 2 supp looking for team

hey everyone, my name is lorebane and im looking for a team of plat players that are in need of a support. Im looking for a semi-serious team that is trying to climb the ladder (hopefully to diamond or higher!) I spend alot of time on league and can pretty much play any time im not at work. My main supports are

My strengths are warding and understanding when to roam and when to stay bot. as well as keeping track of objectives and communicating goals to the team during play. I also never tilt or bring about negative energy to a match, it is a game after all.

My weakness's would probably be that i have trouble helping an adc farm under tower (dont get to practice it much) and being aggressive (sometimes i forget to check with team before i try to make plays)
