Creating Ranked Team PCL

I'm going to lead this team.What I want is for everyone to have dedication,development,and that can take Critism.Our goal is to at least reach Platinum/Diamond this season.Our ultimate goal is to reach challenger with our team as we progress and start to feel comfortable with each other. REQUIREMENTS: -Active Player( minimum 4 hours on league) If you work let me know, so I can create a schedule for our practices -Must have a mic.If you don't, don't apply. -You have to be able to participate in at least 3-4 of the practices we have If you need a break tell me, so I can get a sub for you while your out. -Improvement is what I want the most, your ranks might define for how you play,but if you show improvement and listen to each other's advice then we will be able to move forward. -No bad internet, frames going bad, disconnections frequently. If you have bad internet that is permanent don't apply, if you disconnect from games frequently don't apply,if you don't have a good enough computer to run league don't apply -Must have curse voice installed Teamspeak will be a requirement later on in the future. -Must be able to bend around your champion pool.
