LF mid a laner for our plat 3 ranked 5s team (serious inquires only)

LF MID main for our plat 3 ranked 5s team. The team is semi serious- to serious ranked 5s team, we just started last week and are slowly working on our faults as a team both the adc position and the mid position are open currently for try outs. but as of right now we are in the middle of trying out an adc for the weekend. Our current mid is going to be gone from today till Monday during this time we are trying out midlaners for a permanent spot on the team. If you do not possess the following requirements do not apply

1. age of at least 18: everyone on the team is 20 plus, now if You can show me that your age Aka your maturity will not be an issue (no one has yet) I will allow you a chance
2. solo q elo of at least the very least plat 2 prefer d5 or higher. ( we currently are looking for a mid laner that is a major carry threat whether it be 1v1 assassin types or a team fighting style mid laner either way a lot of our resource allocation centers our mid/top
3. flexable schedule: Now in the past week and a half we have been on a lot, at least 4 hours a day and entered in 2 tournys. We have been on so much because most colleges just ended last week. I am not looking for you to be on everyday but i am looking for a commitment of at least 3-4 times a week the hours of the rest of our plays are very flexible.
4. discussion(back to the maturity) I go over replays very extensively whether we win or lose the game a discussion is usually taken place after the game. (aka what things we could of done better what things we excelled at) during this time you have to be able to take criticism without being rude or a jerk and use it to improve. (im not a perfect player i bash myself all the time and I like being criticized so i can improve)
5. seriousness when game begins: you can dick around in the lobby and even a little during champ select but the second you load onto the rift you play to win. Now during the game when things go wrong there is no harping bitching or raging on that play the mentality is next play and what do we need to do to get back into the game or get farther ahead.
6. Decent size champ pool: whether it be on assassins or mages a good amount of champs are required
7. Have fun- I enjoy ranked 5s because its usually not as random or crazy as solo q and you have to work with your teammates, and the challenge is much greater.
