Looking to develop with players and start a team

Hey guys I wanted to start a team in the future as I use to play in the beginning of S4 and played lots of ranked 5s. Started a new account after my computer broke and I'm lvl 11. If anyone is interested if eventually creating a team i main top lane and will be 30 in 1 week. I remember a lot just getting my mechanics back but if you want to build synergy for an eventual team just add me- ThatRengar
