For seriously visionary players

I've been playing league for a couple of years now and i have seen that no matter how hard you try there are always gonna be trolls and amateur players how make many mistakes when playing and focus only on killing rather than the real objective of this game, which is destroying the enemy's nexus. Been said that, I am looking to organize a team or seek players who have the following characteristics:

-Always ward (always) -Mini Map Awareness (always) -Playing safe (don't get killed, don't over extend in lanes, wait for all teammates to start a team fight, wait for initiator, ward, etc) -Helping team mates or team to get objectives -Zero chasing into unknown territory -Always wait for all of your team mates to start a team fight (never 2v5 or 2v4, no no no, ALL TOGETHER) -Open to new strategies (breaking the meta, split push tactics, try new combos) -Time zone preferably Eastern time -Voice chat client interaction (only for tactical communication use, no overflowing during game matches

I've been studying the game and i have the mind set, understand the tactics and i know what to do in order to win this game and i can assure that if you join me, i will lead you to VICTORY, trust me, i really want to win as you want to and i'm highly competitive.
