Looking for a coach/mentor

Would like to learn effective coaching and new strategies. I eventually want to run a few different teams that join competitive leagues and I need to be able to give feedback. If anybody is willing to help me out. I'll sit back and listen to coaches who have current teams, willing to take criticism in my own play to learn. Whatever is necessary.
