Anyone wanna help me and gift me Rakan? <3 I just spent my ip on a name change and champs come out today I'm a bit sad was wondering if anyone would help me out please and thankyou! Also you get the summoner icon if you gift someone as well.

Sénnå4 votesI'm 99% sure you cant gift skins with IP. You can buy them yourself with IP but only gift using RP. Sorry fellas.
Edit: Just found out you can gift these two champs EXCLUSIVELY with IP.

Unlike other champs, Xayah and Rakan can be gifted using IP between April 19-26! Gift Xayah or Rakan to a friend for just 6300 IP (normally 7800 IP) and unlock an exclusive Summoner Icon for yourself (also works if you gift using RP).
