Looking for Diamond players for a ranked team (NA)

Hey guys, my summoner name is Diamond 1 Birdy and I wanted to shout out to all the diamond players to see if anyone wanted to get together to create a ranked team with me. A little about me...I have been playing this game since Season 1 and last Season I made it to Diamond 1. I have a lot of knowledge of how the game works and I am willing to put in the time to be a leader for the team. I am a really good mid laner (in my opinion) and I have an urge to become even better. All I am asking for is 4 people who can fill those other lanes, but also people who want to get better and try and shoot for Diamond elo with this ranked team. Also, I am wanting those people to have quite a bit of free time on their hands (when I say quite a bit..I mean like at least practice 4-5 times a week) and having the same dedication that I have. I want to be able to participate in tournaments with this team, and I want it to be fun because isn't that what League is supposed to be? Dedication is the main thing that I want from other players, and honestly, I really hope this works out because I want to create good friendships with other League players. -If you are interested and you meet these "requirements", message me back on this discussion board, tell me your summoner name and I will add you guys and we can go from there.
