Current Needs:

• Starting ADC.

What is required from you:

• You MUST have been Silver+ last season. • You MUST have a positive attitude. • You MUST be 18+. • You must be able to handle constructive criticism. • You MUST have an affinity for the role. ( your last season KDA for supports will be checked! ) • You must be willing to learn, improve, and help others improve. • You must have a mic and Skype. • You must have open availability in the evenings for practice.

Summoner name: Iydrius with a i Your age: 22 Your current solo queue division?: silver 2 5 best champions, in order of comfort: ezreal, jinx, graves, sivir, trying to get good with vayne atm. What is your biggest solo strength?: very good fighter all together, can cs and good under pressure. What is your biggest solo weakness?: 4 man gank... when they realize i out cs there adc and i am just better... also kill secured, i tend to dish alot of dmg out but get ksed cuz i dont aim for that kill as i am aiming to do as much dmg as i can possibly do. What do you feel you can bring to a team?: i feel i can bring the dmg you need, i always at the end of the match usually have 200 thousand more dmg then anyone on are team or theres. Why do you feel you should be selected?: i am determined to get good,and work with a team. i am in it for the win. Any other comments/information (optional)?: i am pretty well rounded, only problem is usually my synergy with many isn't great as i am pretty bypolar in lane. either im passive or aggressive and it really changes alot, they never know what i am gonna do.

What is your biggest solo weakness?: Communication. I learned this game and went 1-30 playing with RL friends, who don't have the same interests in the competitive side, but i always find myself at a loss as to how to combine combos (say jinx w, thresh q, thresh e, jinx e) with a random support. What do you feel you can bring to a team?: An eagerness to stay ahead on patch notes, and an everlasting conversation on our critiques and criticisms. Why do you feel you should be selected?: I am a college student studying Game Development and one day hope to work for RITO. I think this dedication can come in help with shotcalling, as I have a deep basis of knowledge as to statistically who would win engagements. Any other comments/information (optional)?: I have skype, no ISP issues, and a great attitude!

As you see, i am not pro...(yet), but all the advice i am given is taken seriously because my goal is improvement. I do not get offended by truth, just let me know what i do wrong, and i will do whatever it takes to correct it, as we are a team and we all win or loose so common sense tells me it turns out in my favor for listening anyways.
