Need Pre level 30s to help me get pass the insane queue times.

I'm trying to get an account to level 30 but my queue times range from 15~50min and I dont have alot of time to play, maybe 2 or 4 games a day. So I'm wondering if there is anyone who is willing to play with me. I'm like high silver level (i think) currently level 17 on my smurf.
