Looking for Flex team to get out of Bronze

Hello Everyone. I am Bronze V (I know ugh). I have been playing for a while now, but I can't seem to get myself out of Bronze. I was wondering if there was anybody that wanted to queue in Flex in Bronze. Personally, I am a jungle and support main.

You don't have to be a serious player, but you must have a communication program like Skype or Discord.
