Looking for a decent Solo/Duo Partner (2017)

I am looking for a decent player or even a great player that wants to Duo this season. I play a lot, pretty much all day. I am a Medical Retired Veteran so I do not work, or really have a time frame. All I know is that I play all the time. I need someone who can also play a lot of the time also. Someone with a good sense of humor, and does not get mad or rage when we lose or make mistakes. I want to at least get to high silver, low gold this season. I play any role, and I can comprehend just about anything, but my best roles are Jungle, ADC, and Support.
