I Need serious dedicated plays for ranked 5's team.

My team is currently in the process of recruiting. There are 3 spots open on the main roster and we are looking for constructive communication, no toxicity. There is a mandatory 4 hours at least practice time on weekdays, weekends are free. Gold+ players are preferred but silver 1 players are accepted. The schedule can be changed to accommodate to others but requires a certain amount of flexibility. Failure to appear in practice without proper notification at least 2 hours prior will result in an relinquishment of your standing in the team. There will be structure and a leader, though any opinions can be voiced. After all this is to be a constructive well knit team. If you're interested please add me in game and the specifics can be gnashed out. If you're not serious you will be removed without notification. Too many people make teams and disband them for something such as a loss. We will discuss what went wrong after each game and how we can improve. If you have an attitude over criticism do not bother.
