Hampton Roads,VA Starting a Team!!!!!!!

I am looking for four good players and a coach to make a Team with. That would want to become a serious team. I am looking for sponsors now and have not made a team name, but we can decide that as a team. My Tag name is Luerush and my really name is Kyle. I have been playing this game for about 2 years now and I love it. I have always wanted to make a Gaming team for a while now and now that I have the time I can do it. I pretty much play ADC, Support, Jungle, and Mid. I have learned in this game that you have to be a all around player when u are solo queuing. What I think that I would bring to the team is my will to win. Know when to call out positions of enemy players and I just like to have fun playing this awesome game. I might not be a good player solo, but I seem to shine when I have good players that communicate and don't be a negative Nancy. What I am looking for in my team is good attitude, willing to work as a team and not be a lone wolf, likes to take and give good advice to their fellow team mates, and just have fun(we aren't going to win every game).
