New Gaming Community

I'm looking to start up a new gaming community. I know this is going to take time and patience so, I'm looking for people who are willing to come on board early and help start this new community. We would be starting from scrap. I mean naming the organization and finding the main goal of the community as a whole. Some of the basics about me: I am 18 years old and currently a college student. I'm majoring in business administration and potential minoring in Computer Science/Game Development. I live in California. Some of the games I like to play are Paradox Strategy games, League of Legends, and many other games. I want to have this community ready for the summer. Streamer/Administration/Moderation/Casual Gamer/etc.: Anything else I need to know about you:
