Bronze, Silver, Gold Ranked Team and climbing

I am starting a ranked team for fun and to make friends and maybe climb solo que a bit. I am a Silver 3 Top Laner at the moment my best champs are supportive tanks, but I am learning more carries and bruisers. I want a team of people who are cool to hang with and talk with but also take the game seriously to an extent. I'm will to take Bronze players as well as long as they are willing to learn. This won't be a strenuous ordeal I have a job irl so it'll be like a one or two practice a week think with ranked games on saturdays or sundays. Edit: I just want to state this primarily a ranked team. If your looking to just climb solo que that's not what im looking for.
