Starting a Low ELO ranked team (Pref: Bronze - Gold)

Hey guys! Need some help starting a ranked team. I've played a lot of solo que ranked and hate the idea that no one ever listens. It's like playing with a bunch of half-deaf people who need to be pinged in order for them to do anything together.

So, out of my frustration, I would like to start a ranked team. Name is up for discussion, team size is 5 and I believe 3 extra slots. We will play every day, practices are TBA.

I main TOP and JUNGLE. I can play any role but prefer both of those roles. I usually run tanky and engagers as I like to shot call. I will say I am a respectable mid-silver player that has gold potential when ahead. What I lack in pure skill I make up with mechanics and map awareness.

My weaknesses are definitely early game and warding. I usually end up buying a pink ward mid game but that's as far as I usually go. I'm working on these and this is why I am asking for low ELO players.

Considering this is a public draft, tryouts will happen. They won't be traditional tryouts, I will test your raw escape tactics, your mechanics and awareness. I will 1v1 you myself to get a feel for your play and then have you 1v1 one of my gold (should be diamond) amigos who never loses lane. You will lose, I'm sure of it, but your performance against him shows what you can do when you DO get beat. Through these I will draft every position, excluding support. I will test support by simply spectating ranked solo que games to see how he/she can preform with limited communication and solo-responsibility.
