Silver/Gold Team for Solo

Hello everyone. Usually when i play there must be 1 player that troll, don't know how to play, or even go AFK. so it's nearly impossible to win like that and i was set from silver II to silver III because of such players. So i'm looking for 4 other players Silver or Gold to make a team and climb out of silver. And the more important than being a good player, is being a friendly player, so if a lane did bad don't go and annoy them with your hate speak cause you will make them respond to you and won't do well in their lane, instead try to help them or even give them friendly advices. If anyone is interested, just say your name and your role.
