Silver 4 Looking for a Ranked Team

Hi there, I am 17 and I am looking for an actually ranked team. One that I can improve myself as a player and one that has great people and a stable environment. I want to learn even more about the game every time I play. I'm very flexible player as one has to be in the lower elo, that being said I can play any role. I prefer to play ADC, but that is rather hard to do when you have a random supp partner. I can do very well in top or mid lane. I do not mind changing what I play based on what the team that picks me up wants me to play. I have skype, curse, teamspeak, and discord. If i need to download something else to speak to teammates i will. Other than that. Im available on weekends pretty much all of the day. On week days i play from around 6 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.
