Looking for "Team" or group to just play ranked or normals with and climb (Silver+)

I am currently silver 5 (Not the best) trying to practice my zed and become a better player. I'm looking for a friendly group of 14+ and even if we lose some games will keep trying and climb. Try to do your best because not looking for people to feed every game :) hope you guys are looking for a chill group to just play games with 1.(14+) 2.Need curse voice 3.Need decent time (Itleast 2-6 hours a day to play) 4.You need decent mic LOOKING FOR Top,Jg,Adc,Support
