Rank:
Currently unranked. If you look at my history you'll see that I routinely play under 15 ranked games a season (including placements) and get left in mid gold. I do this to get the end of season rewards. The singular season I did bother to play ranked (a little under 100 games) I was plat 2.

Main Champions
My main champions have varied a lot of the years, generally with a few different ones each season. So these are more 'current' metrics.
Jungle:
It's worth noting that I lean - heavily - towards tanky and CC heavy junglers. However, as those champs are heavily teammate based unless inordinantly broken, I don't play them that much unless with a team these days. So this pool would drift towards the likes of Naut, Zac, and other more team dependent champions.
Top:
(pre recent rework fuckery)
My trend for tougher champions extends into top lane as well. Though there I do tend to err towards sacrificing pure-tank for the ability to heavily punish enemy laner mistakes, as well as start large snowballs with minimal jungler attention.

Availability:
I live in Arizona, so my time zone changes based on the time of year. CURRENTLY we are on PST (pacific time). So my availability, at present, is 6:00 PM to 9:30PM every day.

Why do you wish to apply for the team?:

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?:
I lean heavily towards off meta picks, which is both a strength and a weakness. Don't misunderstand; I don't mean dumb shit like jungle jinx and top Braum, but rather champions which are in vogue yet share many of the strengths with the high-profile picks.
In s3, for example, I played primarily
jungle shortly after they'd nerfed him for being hilariously OP. He was still insanely strong, passing the "can you survive the lvl 3 lee / elise invade" bar and able to crush most other junglers. I prefer to play champions adjacent (different champ, same role / niche) to the top picks because, in a solo queing environment, I'm far more likely to get them; as well as people not being quite as well versed on what they're capable of, and therefor easier to take advantage of.
Beyond that, I've been good at a rather large pool of champions well before the mastery system was a thing.
Weakness wise, the meta thing can cut both ways as I said. Beyond that I can err on the aggressive and passive side at the wrong time, primarily when I'm unsure of how allies will play around things.

What can you give to the team as a whole?:
After playing League for as long as I have, I've a pretty strong handle on various situations and how to play them. This includes good judgement, various MUs, BOs, and just about anything you can imagine. I also have a decent amount of experience 'shot calling', as that was primarily my job back when I did play ranked and also had friends whom I did 5s with in the upper platinum range.
