Tired of having a bunch of immature players or cocky players who play the blame game and disband after one or two?

I'm looking to create a team of players to learn and improve and be someone i want to call my team instead of just some guys I picked up for a bit.

Requirements: Be 21+, I'm 23 and I'd like to play with more likeminded people who I can be friends with.

Have voice chat, or willing to get voice chat.

Rank is not a requirement.

Be willing to discuss strategy before during and after a game and go over strengths and weaknesses.

Im a mid laner, lemme know what you guys play and let's get some good fits so we can enjoy ourselves and get better.

I started playing League two or so years ago, casually with a group of friends. I hit Gold to get the rewards and then kinda slack off and play around with buddies of mine. Most of my friends have moved on to other games, so now I'm looking for more people to play with/a team to get serious with.

As far as voice chats go I have Curse and Skype. I prefer Curse over Skype and I'm not a big fan of Teamspeak.

Voice chats: Curse, RaidCall, TeamSpeak. I don't know were my gamevox went, but I'm sure I can just re download. I prefer Curse Voice.

Skills: I know how to last hit and control a creep wave. I have the fundamentals down (Ex: Wards wins games). My **time reaction **is not the best, but Its good enough that I can rely on it. I **look at the map **a lot and also ward a lot. I've recorder almost every champs skills in my head, but it takes time to remember the details.

Goals: Aside from just getting better at the game I'm trying to improve my overall awareness and strategic mind set. Those are my goals so far. When I find a team Ill be able to put more down.

I own all champs but sej, dislike her kit. I have full rune pages and use everything from skype, dolby, vent, curse, ect. Have a mic and can play most nights after 6pm and weekends through out most the day. Been playing since Season 2 started and before that I had 2 years playing DotA. I always aim for the late game and rarely go tilt, but when I do, I normally play a few arams to chill out. Ive only played a little 5v5 actual teams, and am looking to learn more about teams this season. I know basic shoutcalling and when certain champs have power spikes. I play passively normally but can change my play style very quickly depending on the team im with. I want to try out differnt team comps out and see what all a full team can offer compared to a team of randoms playing their best champs in solo Q this season.
