Badly need a duo for Ranked.

I was in Silver 2 last season, didn't have time to reach Gold. I did my provisonals this season and got placed in Silver 4 after a few unlucky games. (ended 6-4, was 5-1 at some point) Now I'm down to Silver 5 because I can't carry even though I go like 12-4 with Sivir or 12-5 with Graves and my MMR has been dropping like Hell. I really, seriously need a good duo. Please.
