Looking for people to practice with (Group Effort/Many People/Clan Recruitment)

All I want to do is create a clan that will help those that want to get better at the game and play with people more experienced than themselves in order for those who want to do well, get better. I want to get some people together that have been Gold+ (previously) to help us grow as a team, individuals, and players.

I have been playing the game for many years (Season 3 Preseason) and have peaked at Gold I in Season 5. I want to get better at the game, and I am sure many of you also do. I am currently in Silver 3 and want to climb out as much as anyone.
