Looking for a team for season7.

I want to join a team because i want to improve my communication skills and improve my lane/jungle skills. I also never join in a "serious team" before, usually i get in a team and they only play 2 games and be done with the team. Id like to join a team that be fun to play with. I like meeting new players to play with. I can comment to the team. But the downside is that i have school but i'm off 2:45 everyday. Weekends will be the best time.
