Like the title says, we're looking for a Manager to help us in the recruiting process and other management duties. We can discuss what that is through contacting each other. Right now we're focused on completing our roster and going forward to tournaments.

IGN: Reflektiv Why you?: I have connections with team managers who can refer players as well as actual players themselves. Past Experience: Coach and player on ranked teams as well as previous manager of a team. Goals: Get the team up and running and back into tournaments. Connections? (Totally not required, but just curious): Some, mostly around diamond but master and challenger as well.
IGN: BurgerGoesHAM Why you?: Meh, I mean I could go on and say a lot about myself, but I am not looking to play league of legends in tournaments and etc. I am more of someone who sees a lot of problems with peoples play and my own. Always been more of an analyst than a player. I know a lot about the game and keep up to date on the meta and team comps. I peaked at Gold 3, but that isn't all too impressive. I currently am only a Bronzie, but that is for lack of interest in playing ranked for the fact that I hate getting paired with people who don't know what they are doing and just impulse everything and don't listen. Also I am trying to help two of my friends get level 30 so they can play league with me and get better from me analyzing their play. Past Experience: I was never a manager per say, but I analyzed a lot of my friends gold team and helped them get better with shotcalling, team comps, and just overall playing as a team and not a solo player anymore. They achieved plat 4 last year and this year are gold 3 currently. I still work with them, but it isn't nearly as much as I used to giving me free time. Plus they aren't a very serious team. Goals: I really just like to help people and help them achieve whatever it is that they want to achieve. That being said I'd like to make everyone a better player overall and help them learn how to analyze their own games. Also it'd be nice to say that I was able to help a team achieve certain achievements. Connections? (Totally not required, but just curious): My brother-in-law is one of the event managers for Riot in Santa Monice. I don't know if that is a real connection to anything like diamond/master tier wise, but yea.
IGN: KlutchYouGod Why you?: I am a prime canidate for manager, becuase currently i own a organization with teams, that compete in Call of Duty as well as Halo, and i am now building teams for CSGO and Dota as well. I have the ability to gain funding sponsors that provide whatever needs that the team may have. Past Experience: I have been a manager and player in the Esports industry for about 3 years now. Goals: My Goals are to help the team in any way possible so that they can suceed and make it to the highest level they can. I am aiming for a team to compete in the LCS and even win worlds and my goals are nothing short of that. It may not happen over night, but with dedication, practice, desire, determination and the will to get better and win, anything is possible. Connections? Whether it be competing with challenger teams, or even top tier tournaments, I can get you guys in the right places.
