Red Dawn Looking for a Top laner (Gold or under)

This is the 3rd time I am making this post because I am frustrated. The first tryout never showed up after I talked with him, the second got his account banned so we have no top laner yet again.

Practice times are Mondays from 6pm est, Fridays from 6pm est, and Sundays from noon. We will gather whoever can show up on Saturday for extra feedback and VOD reviews. VOD reviews generally take only about an hour Practices takes around 3 to 4 hours

Only tryout if you are a TOP laner, and if you can make it to these practice times. We do not take smurfs, please be gold or below. Be prepared with discord, a working mic, and a decent champion pool. That means no "oh, my 1 main champ got banned, I can't play now. ffs"

Tryout will be in 3 parts.

part 1: Interview. I will briefly talk with you on discord, just to see your personality. If you aren't a dick, you should be fine.

part 2: Practice games. You will participate in 1 practice, to demonstrate how you blend in with the team.

part 3: Final verdict. You do not take part in this section. I talk with the existing members of the team, then make the final decision. Once the decision is made, you will either be a starting member of the team, or no longer part of the team at all.

The rest will be explained in part 1, on discord. We will go through months of practice till the team gets really good, then start participating in tourneys. I sometimes pick players based on their potential rather than their current state, so don't give me the "oh, that player is silver 2 and I am gold 5, why did he get picked and not me" kind of crap. If you don't get picked, it doesn't mean we hate you or you are a bad player, it just means that you are not the puzzle piece that fits into our puzzle. You can go do great things elsewhere. I really hope to get a solid top laner soon.
