Looking for [Nice] Gold V to Plat Team (Top, Jg, Supp, Adc)

I'm looking for a nice team who can coordinate a game pretty well. I would prefer teammates that are roughly 15-16+. No ragers please. Looking for Top, Jungle, Supp, and an Adc). I need a serious team who can be positive all the time. I don't really care who you play as long as you are good with them and know what you're doing on the rift.
