LF Mechanics Coach for Competitive Team (details inside)
Our team, Alpha Predator, is a high silver low gold competitive team. Despite not having a long history we do function with a full roster and scheduled weekly practice times. Also have one tournament experience under our belt.
We are currently recruiting for a plat + mechanics coach (no this is not a paid position). I will require all team members, including myself, to dedicated at least one hour every weekend with you to go over game footage and discussed better mechanical play. This includes all game mechanics from CSing, positioning, team fighting, ect.
Keep in mind although you may be a higher ELO player that doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful or put down one of my players because of their ideas behind the game, instead teach and guide them through a professional and positive environment. You show my players respect and I'll demand they give the same respect in return.
