Sensei! I need your help!

Hopefully this is right place to post this!

I have been playing this game extensively on and off for 5 years and have about 122+ days clocked into it and I have basically plateaued at gold. I try to practice and learn from my mistakes however I feel like I have bad habits/over complicate the game/and lack confidence in my decisions. Was looking to see if maybe someone in the community who is skillful/knowledgeable in the game and perhaps bored, would like to lend some time to help me to figure out whats holding me back. Maybe I just lack blatantly obvious knowledge that would improve decision making within the game, but I'm pretty frustrated, and try as I might, I have been incapable of climbing up to plat.

I understand the intolerance to scrubbery, and the lack of motivation one might have to unscrubify someone, but it would be super cool if someone could give me some pointers from in game observations, or to help with 1v1 matchups! Or just hit me up if you wanna play some games.
