Bronze ADC lf support or JG

I'm looking to just climb out of bronze if not more this season mainly want a support to play with or a jg that can just help carry games....

I can play almost any adc but my main champ pool is Sivir,Ezreal, and Lucian

Also prefer Comms if possible have skype and even a teamspeak we could use also EST timezone would be great to
