Looking for Analyst for a Diamond+ team going for challenger next season

Need a good Analyst, someone who is game smart. Understands pick and bans, can decide on which team comps to run. Someone who can be on and be there for the team when I cannot. Must be Plat+ Team is unranked, but everyone on team is D+.
