Diamond Ranked 5s Team (Zero Liquid Esports) LF Team Analyst and Team Coach
Hi, I'm Heizman and I am the team captain of Zero Liquid Esports. We have been playing together for months and are looking to bring in some more brainpower to improve as a team and maybe reach the top!
Our schedule is Sunday/Monday 8-12 PM Eastern (5-9PM pst), and Wednesday 8-11 PM Eastern (5-8 pst) with 10-20 minutes after each day talking about the performances.
If interested, here is what would be expected of you.
Team Analyst requirements: -Spectate at least 6 games a week -Talk for 15-30 minutes at the beginning and end of the week regarding the team's performance -Give constructive feedback on each roles individual play, and for our team as a whole -Familiar with new meta or motivated to learn and understand new meta to bring new strategies to the table -Develop team compositions based on our champion pools -Identify team's strengths and weaknesses -Meet with the team coach to discuss pick and ban phase and team compositions -Must be a smart League of Legends player with an interest in this sort of thing -Understand LoL at the pro level -At least Plat V in solo que to support your League of Legends knowledge
Team Coach requirements: -Be in voice comms for at least 6 games a week -Talk for 15-30 minutes at the beginning and end of the week regarding the team's performance -In charge of pick and ban phase and our strategies regarding that -Meet with team analyst to discuss team compositions and ban phase -Handle player attendance, player attitude, player communication in game, and recruitment for new players/replacements if need be -Make decisions with me (the team captain) regarding player's attitude -Search for online tournaments for us to play in -Work with players on their weaknesses (talking to them before and after we play for a few minutes) -Understand LoL at the pro level -At least Plat V in solo que to support your League of Legends knowledge
The point of adding a coach and analyst to the team is to simply make us better. We want to expand our potential and ultimately climb the ladders further, hopefully one day hitting challenger as a team. We also think that people interested in this type of thing will have a great opportunity to get some good real experience with coaching/analyzing a team, and gaining from that experience even if you move on from us.
